A versatile complementary dish that has a fresh and slightly spicy flavor. this is a chimichurri sauce recipe mayo, a raw sauce that gets only 5 minutes.
3/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 leek stalk, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lime
1 tbsp chicken stock
thump tip of a jalapeño
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp organic mayo
The first step is to put coriander leaves, leeks, garlic, lime juice, chicken stock, jalapeño, and salt into a blender. Puree for about 30 seconds.
Add olive oil and mayo mix evenly.
Put it in an airtight container and store the ice for a week.
