1/4 cup unsalted butter, soft
4 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
1 cup sweet grated coconut flakes
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup pancake mixture (i.e. Bisquick or Krusteaz)


Instructions
