1/4 cup unsalted butter, soft
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
1 cup sweet grated coconut flakes
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup pancake mixture (i.e. Bisquick or Krusteaz)
The first step, prepare the oven and preheat it until it shows a temperature of 350F.
Then prepare a baking sheet, spray using cooking spraying, set aside.
In a bowl put softened butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut extract. Stir until well mixed.
After that, add the grated coconut stir again.
Once mixed, add the milk and Bisquick stir again until evenly distributed.
Transfer the dough to a pie pan and bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
Remove the pie and rest about 1 -2 hours before it is sliced and served.
