- 650 g red cabbage finely sliced
- a little butter
- ½ cup sultana
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp liquid from Canned Mushrooms
- 2 medium-size granny smith apples cut into four, discard the seeds, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cold water
