- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ tbsp English soy sauce
- ⅓ cup lean chicken stock
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ kg ground turkey, lean

- 1 egg, beaten
