A very delicious summer dish, this is Homemade Teriyaki Chicken Wings Marinade Sauce, the sweet and sticky taste of the sauce will make you addicted to eating it.
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • ½ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1½ kg chicken wings
  • 1½ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
The first step, making the marinade of chicken wings:
  1. In a small bowl put the chopped garlic, honey, sriracha, Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce.
  2. After that, put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and add the soaking water to it.
  3. Cover the plastic tightly and store the ice for 5 hours.
Step two :
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet and clean with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Then, remove the wings from the fridge and separate the seasonings.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet, roasting until cooked for about 30 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken wings and bake again for 20 minutes.
Step Three :
  1. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, then transfer the wings to a large bowl.
  2. Pour Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze on top.
  3. Stir until well mixed, put in a serving, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Serve immediately.
