  • ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  1. First, prepare the pan, then add the soy sauce, water, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil until completely dissolved.
  2. Both prepare a bowl, put water and cornstarch stir until mixed. Then add to the boiling sauce, leaving it to thicken.
