- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- First, prepare the pan, then add the soy sauce, water, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil until completely dissolved.
- Both prepare a bowl, put water and cornstarch stir until mixed. Then add to the boiling sauce, leaving it to thicken.
- Third ready the dish then place the salmon fillets and pour the sauce over them.
- So that the salmon is layered back several times. After that, the lid soaks for a few hours in the fridge.
- When ready to cook, prepare a frying pan on the stove, heat over medium heat.

- Finally, serve on the table beautifully, you can also add rice, vegetables, and pour it sauce over salmon.
