- 12 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
- paprika powder for garnish
- Boil the eggs for 12 minutes for a hard decoction, after which peel and cut lengthwise into 2 parts.
- Set aside the egg yolks in a bowl using a fork and keep the egg whites on a plate.
- In a bowl, crush the yolks with a fork.
- Then add ⅓ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Stir until all is well mixed.
- Season the egg yolk mixture with a pinch of salt, pepper powder, and garlic powder.
- Put the egg yolk mixture into plastic whipping cream.
- Distribute evenly into the egg whites.
- And garnish with a sprinkling of paprika powder on top.
