Twice Baked Potato Casserole in Oven

A delicious side dish served as dinner, this is twice baked potato casserole in the oven is a family favorite.
  • 6 baked potatoes
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup thick cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 pieces beef bacon, cook and crush
  • 3 thinly sliced leeks
First step :
  1. prepare the oven and set the heat to 400 °.
  2. On the other hand, prepare the washed russet potatoes.
  3. Then prick the potatoes with a fork and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour.
Step two:
  1. Remove the potatoes from the oven and lower the temperature to 375 °.
  2. Halve the potatoes in half, take them inside, and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 cup of melted butter, ¾ cup thick cream, a cup of sour cream, 1 cup of grated cheese, salt, and ½ tbsp black pepper.
  4. Mix all the ingredients evenly with the help of an electric mixer.
Step three:
  1. Prepare a 9 x 9 baking sheet and spray using a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour all the mixture into a baking dish and cover with tin foil.
  3. After that bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the baking sheet, then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and cooked beef bacon.
  5. Bake again for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced scallions on top before serving.
