This very soft and super delicious dish can make you addicted to Famous Snacks: Butter Mochi. Maybe you've heard it but haven't found a taste that matches the chill that only takes 1hr 5 minutes to enjoy.
  • 450 grams of mochiko
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweet grated coconut
  • 2½ cups white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  1. Step 1!
  2. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking sheet smeared with butter, and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Step 2!
  4. In the first bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  5. Then in a separate large bowl, stir in the rice flour, sugar, and baking powder. And pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
  6. Then mix the melted butter and coconut. Pour into a prepared baking dish.

  8. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Re chill completely then cut into squares and serve.
