Some people love the heat for madness, I don't. I don't tolerate much. Maybe that's why I'm okay in Canada.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 125 ml pomegranate juice
  • 125 g coconut yogurt
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • ΒΌ cup rice or almond milk
Instructions
  1. Wash the fruit and pour all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass, add a little ice.
  4. Low Carb Berry Smoothie ready to serve
