I recently got dark chocolate for Halloween because I wanted to emulate the kings on the other side of the pond and make a crazy Halloween cake!
  • 70 g of ground almond flour
  • 80 g cocoa
  • 140 g birch sugar (e.g. Zucker) as another sweetness alternative
  • 125 g light butter
  • 10 g optional coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
  2. Grease a little baking dish of brownies (20 x 20 cm).
  3. Melt the butter briefly in the microwave.
  4. Mix the almond flour and chocolate into one.
  5. Add the butter slowly and stir the dough over medium heat.
  6. Let the birch sugar drip while stirring.
  7. Optionally, add coconut sugar to the dough this way.
  8. Now stir two eggs into the batter one by one, until the dough thickens.
  9. Next, put the dough in a brownie pan and bake for about 15-25 minutes.
Baking time depends on the oven and sweeteners used! It's best to check it out from the 15th minute!Remember, the brownies will ripen outside the oven, so it's better to get out of the oven too early than too late.
