The salad is practical and very easy to make this suitable for dinner. If you're going hiking you can replace prosciutto with canned tuna that doesn't need to be stored in the fridge!
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 ml fresh spring onions, chopped
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 24 cherry tomatoes of various colors cut in half
  • 4 pieces beef, chopped
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml fresh basil, chopped
  • pepper
  1. Put water and eggs in a saucepan. Then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat until boiling. Chill below and peel.
  2. Combine the herbs with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in the markup.
  3. Add the avocado and tomatoes, then stir.
  4. Divide the salad between plates, then garnish with sliced eggs and beef.
