A biscuit recipe without milk - simple biscuit recipe no milk, easy to make, and liked by many people.
Ingredients
175 ml margarine
175 ml granulated sugar
1 egg
5 ml vanilla extract
375 ml plain flour
5 ml baking powder
125 ml chocolate chip
5 ml orange peel
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine the sifted butter and granulated sugar, once well mixed, add the eggs and vanilla, then stir using a mixer.
Stir the orange zest and chocolate chip into the batter.
On a baking sheet, shape the dough into 12 small balls, then flatten with a fork.
Bake, about 22 minutes, until the middle of the cake, hardens. Chill on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For allergy sufferers, I recommend allergen-free chocolate chips. The Enjoy Life brand is a great example.
