A biscuit recipe without milk - simple biscuit recipe no milk, easy to make, and liked by many people.
  • 175 ml margarine
  • 175 ml granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 375 ml plain flour
  • 5 ml baking powder
  • 125 ml chocolate chip
  • 5 ml orange peel
  • pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sifted butter and granulated sugar, once well mixed, add the eggs and vanilla, then stir using a mixer.
  3. Stir the orange zest and chocolate chip into the batter.
  4. On a baking sheet, shape the dough into 12 small balls, then flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake, about 22 minutes, until the middle of the cake, hardens. Chill on a wire rack before serving.
For allergy sufferers, I recommend allergen-free chocolate chips. The Enjoy Life brand is a great example.
