  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1½ tbsp English soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup lean chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ kg ground turkey, lean
  • ¾ cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  1. The first step, prepare the oven and preheat it to 375°.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium heat.
  3. Put the chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes, then add the chopped garlic, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper, stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
