The sweet and slightly savory soft texture makes it comfortable to mouth, this is stovetop Mexican Meatloaf with Ketchup family favorite food.
  • 1 kg ground turkey
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tin tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can jalapenos, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp red peppers, mashed
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp English soy sauce
  1. The first step, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On the other hand, prepare a small bowl, then put all the sauce ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  3. Then in a bowl mix the ground turkey, shelled corn, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, eggs, onions, and herbs. stir using your hands until well mixed.
  4. Prepare a rectangular baking sheet, grease with a little oil.
  5. Adjust the dough to a baking sheet shape, then put it in the oven.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
  7. Remove the baking sheet, pour a little sauce over it, bake again until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and the tomato sauce thickens perfectly.
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on top.
