Ingredients
1 kg ground turkey
1 can of corn
1 tin tomatoes, diced
1 can jalapenos, diced
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
⅓ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp red peppers, mashed
3 cups ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp English soy sauce
Instructions
The first step, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
On the other hand, prepare a small bowl, then put all the sauce ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Then in a bowl mix the ground turkey, shelled corn, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, eggs, onions, and herbs. stir using your hands until well mixed.
Prepare a rectangular baking sheet, grease with a little oil.
Adjust the dough to a baking sheet shape, then put it in the oven.
Bake for 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
Remove the baking sheet, pour a little sauce over it, bake again until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and the tomato sauce thickens perfectly.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on top.
