Smoked Baked Teriyaki Salmon Fillet is a quick and easy recipe. The flavorful salmon is made with a low-sugar teriyaki sauce. It only takes 25 minutes to make.
Ingredients
Spread Teriyaki:
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
Salmon:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
How to cook salmon:
  1. The first step is to prepare the oven, preheat it until it reaches 425 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet, coat with aluminum paper then spray with olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with aluminum paper.
  4. Then bake for 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Sauce making :
  1. Beat the soy sauce, cornstarch in a small saucepan.
  2. After that, add the squeeze of lemon juice, honey, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger, stirring well.
  3. Then heat the pan over medium heat, stirring as often as possible until it thickens. Set aside.
Final stage :
  1. Place the cooked salmon fillets on a serving plate.
  2. Flush with glaze and sprinkle sesame on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
