Bakes a recipe for toasted salmon bread that's tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  • 450 grams of Alaskan salmon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • ½ diced red pepper
  • ½ cup chopped olives
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • Tzatziki sauce to serve
  1. First, prepare a baking sheet and spray with non-stick.
  2. Both preheat the oven to 400F.
  3. Third place the salmon pieces on a baking sheet, apply olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper on top.
  4. Then put it in the oven and bake for 21 minutes.
  5. Heat the olive oil over medium heat, sauté the shallots, and whites, onions, peppers in a pan until soft.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven, put it in a bowl, and cut it with a fork.
  7. Add the cooked spices to the salmon pieces, and stir well.
  8. Put its oil, eggs, and breadcrumbs into the mixture.
  9. Stir everything until completely well mixed.
  10. Then add sumac, cumin, a pinch of salt, dried anesthesia, and Dijon mustard. Stir again until well mixed.
  11. In a frying pan re-heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  12. Form salmon bread by hand.
  13. Sauté the salmon bread in a pan until golden.
  14. Lastly, serve on the table you can add it with extra olives, a companion salad, rice, or something else.
Do not use a food processor to make the salmon bread mixture will be cut, as it will become very small and will not have scaly bread eventually. Use a fork to peel off, that's the best way.
