Ground Beef and Cheese Enchilada Recipe is a very popular dish in Mexico. Usually, this is always served for snacks.
Instructions
Step one
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grease a baking sheet measuring 20 cm (8 inches) with a little oil.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  4. Put ground beef, peppers, onions, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Once the meat is cooked add 125 ml of cheese, half the barbecue sauce, and 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Step two
  1. Pour the mixture evenly in the middle of the tortilla.
