- Small bowl

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tsp sriracha
- ½ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1½ kg chicken wings
- 1½ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- In a small bowl put the chopped garlic, honey, sriracha, Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce.
- After that, put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and add the soaking water to it.
- Cover the plastic tightly and store the ice for 5 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare a large baking sheet and clean with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Then, remove the wings from the fridge and separate the seasonings.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet, roasting until cooked for about 30 minutes.
- Turn the chicken wings and bake again for 20 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven, then transfer the wings to a large bowl.
- Pour Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze on top.
- Stir until well mixed, put in a serving, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Tips for Teriyaki Chicken Wings Marinade Sauce
- Before roasting it, make sure the chicken wings are silenced first for 45 minutes after being removed from the fridge.
- If you use small chicken wings, the roasting time is different. The wings can be roasted for 45 minutes.
- If the wing’s size is medium you can bake for 50 minutes and if it is large you can add baking time.
- You can check your maturity using a knife. If after being pierced the wings secrete a clear liquid, then the wings are ripe. On the contrary, if it is still bleeding means that the wings are still undercooked.
