This delicious, soft-textured, and juicy dish is an instant pot chicken recipe to freeze, a chicken recipe and its broth.



1 1/4 chicken thighs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Prepare an instant pot and set it to stir-fry mode.
Add the oil to it, seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
Once hot, put the chicken in an instant pot and cook for 5 minutes until all the sides are browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the instant pan, then place a three-foot place pan inside and put a piece of chicken breast on top. cover the pan tightly and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes if you use fresh thighs.
Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then turn the valve to release the remaining steam.
Test chickens with a thermometer until it reaches 165 degrees.
Let the chicken stand before serving.
Keep the rest of the cooked chicken in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
