I was thrilled to test this brand because of two things that it’s sweetened with the sweetener xylitol, which I’ve been using for more than a decade. Additionally, it contains only 1g of net carbohydrates per teaspoon. It’s a 100% natural product and, in my tasting test, it did taste very natural. However, it wasn’t quite as honey! It was a bit thinner than I would be expected (which allows it to mix together with the other components) and a bit darker than regular honey.
I purchased mine at Walmart the price as of their website is $2.38 If you want to, purchase a three-pack, you can do so from Amazon for just $22! My biggest complaint with the product is that it’s sweetened with maltitol and sorbitol. This, excluding sugar alcohols, is rated with two grams net of carbs for a tablespoon.
Maltitol and Double the carbs in Nature’s Hollow? HOWEVER. It’s great. Really great. It has the perfect flavor with the right gloopy-rich texture that has an incredible mouth-feel.
