Low Carb Berry Smoothie High Protein Recipe
Ah… Summer. The sea, the green pastures, the smiling friend but how warm…
Some people love the heat for madness, I don’t. I don’t tolerate much. Maybe that’s why I’m okay in Canada.
This year fortunately here in Romagna summer seems more face-to-face than in other years, temperatures seem calm, sometimes it rains and at night there is relief in a nice cold wind.
That said, especially at lunchtime, doesn’t mean I always want to cook or eat hot things. But skipping meals according to what doctors and nutritionists say is never a good idea.
That’s when super tactical smoothies are taken, which of course can also be prepared as breakfast snacks.
But I want to remind you of something very important… Smoothies cannot be considered as lunch substitutes in every way, it can happen from time to time. Or at least that’s what I thought.
I said this because I saw a raging drink that seemed to bother me a lot. There are many brands and they often sell them pyramid structures that emphasize your soul for appiopparteli.
I think a DIY diet is never a good choice.
Don’t get hurt if you’ve taken them or taken them. But the human body is so complex and so rich in diversity that I don’t think mega drinks can meet everyone’s needs.
Plus there’s one thing… of all the people I know who use it only two people have had a steady weight loss even if in my opinion too suddenly. Others haven’t lost a gram or if they’ve lost they’ve had a yo-yo effect for some time.
You have experience with it…
For this recipe, I use coconut yogurt, naturally lactose-free, 100% vegan. You can easily find it in supermarkets and organic stores.
You can also use other types of yogurt if you are intolerant or vegan as it is made with cow’s milk, which is Greek, which is without lactose. I recommend goat yogurt, which often tastes so strong that it will ruin your smoothie.
But now I just have to leave you for this super berry smoothie and yogurt!
