The family’s easy-to-make recipe is parmesan chicken breasts with mayo, a dinner dish perfect for melted cheese attached to soft textured chicken.



6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder


First step, prepare the oven and preheat it until it reaches a temperature of 375 degrees.
On the other hand, put the mayonaise, 3/4 cup of parmesan, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare a 9×13 baking sheet and grease with a little oil. Then put the chicken breasts on top.
Apply the whole mayonaise mixture over the chicken evenly.
After that sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese over the mayonnaise mixture.
Put a baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the pan and serve over rice or pasta.
