64 g date paste
32 g creamy peanut butter
20 g maple syrup
10 g of molasses
20 ml of soy sauce
20 ml of rice vinegar
5 ml sesame oil
1 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp five-spice powder
1/2 tsp meizena flour
Instructions
- The first step is to put the date paste, peanut butter, maple syrup, molasses into a bowl and beat until completely soft.
- After that add all the other ingredients except meizena flour, then stir again until mixed.
- Prepare a saucepan on the stove and add all the ingredients with maize flour to it, stirring first. Then bring to a boil over low heat for 30 seconds.
- To determine the taste you can taste it. When finished remove and enjoy as a sauce for rolls, spring rolls, or as a stir-fry seasoning.
